Shipping
We ship across India for a flat Rs. 100 per order, whatever you buy and wherever you are. International shipping is available at a flat Rs. 1,800.
Every stand ships flat-packed in a single box, which keeps it protected in transit and keeps your shipping cost down. Once your parcel leaves us you'll receive tracking details by email. Delivery times vary depending on your location in India.
Payment
We currently accept prepaid payments only. Cash on Delivery is not available at this time.
Returns
If something isn't right, you can return your order within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the stand should be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
To start a return, email us at sales@nikkicakestands.com with your order number and, where relevant, a photo. We'll confirm the next steps and let you know once your refund has been processed.
Damaged in transit
Our stands are laminated MDF and travel well, but couriers occasionally get things wrong. If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery at sales@nikkicakestands.com and we'll sort out a replacement.
